DJ TWAZA LAUNCHES TESTIFY
DJ Twaza launched his album this past Friday hosted by Keyman Ventures through an album listening session that had various media cover the event.
The Majwaneng native was hosting the session for his new album, ‘Testify’ that features many renounced local and international artists like DJ Bino, Dj Muzik and DJ Callme just to name a few. The album is made up 15 songs of which I personally did enjoy during his performance of the some of the songs as they have that modern mixture of amapiano sound grooves which always has many up on their feet grooving to the beat. Warming up the stage at the event was Tika Poo who performed along vocalist, Winnie. When asked why he named the album Testify, DJ Twaza says it is because he has gone through a lot and struggled for so many years and now has a testimony to give through “Testify.”
He said during an interview with the MC to the event, Jujuvine that he needs and hoped to get the support of Batswana with this album. He also said that he is very thankful for some media support on this project and was pleased by the way they have been supportive not only with him but always with other new talent and new faces out there rather than always focusing on the familiar talent only. The album is expected to be on the market this Friday.
